Ordering Information.

At Griffin Jewellers, we believe that the safest and simplest way for our customers to order any of our products is by fax or telephone. We prefer to speak to our customers personally to ensure that all your details and requirements are collected with the minimum of fuss and without errors.

If you wish to place an order outside normal business hours then please download and print out our fax order form. Fill in the relevant details and fax it to us on the above number.

Payment.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, paypal and personal cheques. Please make cheques payable to "Griffin Jewellers."



Important for Paypal Payments.
For certain items we only accept Paypal payments from "Verified" Paypal accounts and you must have a "Confirmed Address'' with Paypal. For these items if you do not have both a verified Paypal account and a confirmed address, we cannot ship your order.

Paypal at the moment is only available for UK, USA and Canadian customers, because only these countries are eligible under the  Paypal 'Seller Protection Policies'. All other international payments must be done by international bank transfer.

All website payments are paid securely through Paypal.
Please note you do NOT require a Paypal account to pay this way. After filling in your delivery details click 'Continue' in the box titled 'Don't Have a Paypal Account?' You will NOT be asked to register with Paypal at any point and can enter your details securely as normal.

Availability.

UK delivery please allow up to 14 days for delivery, UK delivery usually 7 days.
In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock we will advise you of this via e-mail.

Returns Policy.

All our products are sent on a 7-day approval basis. If you are not 100% happy, for ANY reason then send the item back to us for a full refund.
