Delivery & Returns

We will endeavor to process orders on the same day if ordered by 2 pm. For special postage requests, destinations or general help please email us first.


Standard postage and packing costs for UK delivery (except the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) is free of charge on orders over £50 subject to the order consisting of none bulky items.

UK Orders - All watches and Faberge items purchased from our website will be sent out by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.  This service is fully tracked and insurance is included.

Customers may request a full refund up to 14 days after receiving their goods, once this has been requested, the item must be returned within 14 days. If more time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or we may exchange at our discretion. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because of hygiene and public health reasons you cannot return your order for any jewellery which passes through the skin (such as earrings for pierced ears). Once we have dispatched these types of products to you, you cannot return them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt.  We will provide a full refund for the cost of the items after deducting any of our postage costs incurred with the order.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item.

We may reduce any refund by the amount that it has cost us to deliver your item depending on circumstance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
