How to sell your watch
1. Tell us about your watch
Provide us details of the watch you wish to sell. Not only can you sell your watch online, you can also book an appointment to speak to us over the phone or sell your watch in person at our established high street shop.
2. Send us your watch
We will provide an estimate for your watch. If you’re satisfied, we will then need to inspect it. You can drop the watch off to our store, or send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
3. Watch Inspection
Once we receive your watch, it will be inspected by our watch expert
4. Payment
We will make you a final offer. If you are happy with this, we can proceed with the transaction

How long does the process take?
We offer a quick, hassle-free service to make part exchanging your watch as simple as possible. Once your watch has been appraised and you have accepted the offer, your new watch will be sent next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you prefer, you can also collect your watch from our store—simply call to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you.
Do you offer any finance options?

Can I claim VAT back?
Most of our watches cannot have VAT reclaimed, however there are a few that can. Please ask before purchase for further information.
Do I need my watch box and papers?
Although you don’t need to have the box and papers to sell us your watch, their absence can affect the value. Proof of purchase will be required if you do not have the box and papers.
